Revitalizing Organizational Culture at PlanRVA
Returning to work together in a brand new space requires creative solutions. PlanRVA wanted to transform their culture to reflect their vision of bringing people together as the heart of their work.
Our methodology helped the team practice new approaches and apply their learnings in different contexts. The year-long engagement culminated in the creation of a large-scale interactive artwork representing the spirit of the region and PlanRVA's goal of a sustainable future.

When a business school decided to put creativity front and center in their new mission, they needed to activate it with an approach that would connect to students, faculty, and administration and make them stand out as a leader of innovative business education.
ALR co-founder, Noah Scalin, served at the first ever artist-in-residence at the business school - the first role of its kind in the country. During the school year, we employed a variety of approaches to engage different stakeholders.
